People is one of our major strengths. Quinta Camp has a highly qualified group of instructors, assistants and service personnel who have many years of experience. They offer the children fun and security under an atmosphere of complete respect and courtesy. Most instructors have grown in Quinta Camp, where they have also been trained. Instructors are 18 to 26 year old

Our instructors are young people recruited from former campers, which allows us to have people adapted to the Quinta Camp working style. They are trained and start as assistants. After several years they are promoted and designated as instructors. Our instructors are responsible people with a good sense of humor, who enjoy working with children.
